    Be able to assign custom fields to multiple leads/contacts

    I had no idea that this wasn't possible. I went to get it to work and realized it's not possible. This really needs to be possible. We have a set of questions that I like to ask our leads and have answers available in their contact information.

    Mail Merge

    The ability to send mass email to all contacts..user could attach new products, news releases etc....and the merge would be captured under each contact's history.

    Integrate with Project Management Tool

    I want to integrate PipelineDeals with project management tools such Basecamp or LiquidPlanner. For example, you would be able to close a deal in PipelineDeals and automatically create a project in the Project Management Tool.

    Ability to push a deal back to leads if prospect says no

    Currently we can convert leads to deals, but if a deal falls through it would be nice to be able to convert that back to a lead. Thats way its still in the database, but its not showing up in deal reports or forecasting.

    You can use the deal archiving feature to do something similar. Deal archiving allows you to remove the deal from your active sales pipeline and won't show in reports. Just select Archive from the Deal Actions menu. You can find your Archived Deals using the Archived Deals link near the Deals Directory.

    View To-Do's in within general leads tab

    It would be great to be able to either view or flag leads with a To-Do attached to them within the general leads section.     Allow us the ability to enter commission dollar amounts

    Instead of having to use formulas based on closed deals to get commission amounts. I would like to be able to enter them manually for my team on a month by month basis. It would also be great to have a gross profit/margin to quota tracking graph.

    Google Mapping

    My understanding is that Google has a free app that can be written into your code for a "Map" link that will utilize the address, city, zip in the contact fields and open a Google Map pinpointing the customer's location. Sweet! I want that! It's fantastic for visits & appointments.
