    Time Option

    When you make a note have the time and date information stored... not just the date.

    changing lead status once in the lead

    Right now you can only change the lead status on the lead search page. Adding that functionality once in the lead would be great.

    You can now update a Lead's status from the Lead Actions menu at the top of the Lead Profile Page.

    Include a field for Skype ID in contact information

    In contact information, ability to enter Skype ID or other IM id

    We now have an IM field you can track for your Leads or Contacts.

    You will find this field by clicking Edit on any profile page.

    Multiple Email Addresses for a Contact

    We now support several new email address fields. You can now track a main work email address, home email address and other email address for every single Lead or Contact.

    Simply click on the Edit link on a Lead or Contact Profile page to add another email address for a relationship.

    PDF Printouts

    Would be very useful to be able to generate the available reports in a nice PDF layout's.

    You can now export beautiful PDF Deals, Leads, Contacts and Reports.

    Simply click the PDF link on any of the main tabs to generate a new PDF report.

    Add pop up reminders on calender

    Similar to outlook calender reminder system where you can set snooze times or dismiss alarm. Pop up reminders on screen at time of event (alarm)

    To-Do's, Events, and Reminders with a time will automatically pop up reminders in the application. You can configure this option and even play a sound when they display. Click on My Settings and ensure you have these selected.

    Calendar to have "work days" option

    Would like to see an option to schedule tasks etc on work days only (M-F) as opposed to scheduling items on weekends

    Remember Leads State

    while filtering leads for a user, if i click on a lead and then click the back button the list is no longer filtered. i have to click and filter>>>click and filter>>>click and filter.

    put the "add deal" button back into the Leads Record

    I rely heavily on the Home page To-Do section and I click directly onto the Lead Record when I'm following up on a To-Do. Once I've made contact, I WAS nice to be able to click "Add Deals" on that same screen.

    Pagination of leads

    When I'm working my 53 pages of leads in the leads tab and I click a name to enter information into the contact record, there's no way to go back to the leads page I was on. For example, if I was on page 10, the system takes me back to page 1 and I have to page forward one page at a time. This ... more

    Recent "Upgrade" Bad Idea

    Please rethink the lead/contact changes from the April 22nd "enhancement".
    Why would you think it is a good idea to put EVERYONE in the Leads List? Pipeline Deals...not everyone actually IS a lead. Seriously, think about it: Are my co-workers leads? How about the lady in the billi... more

    Hi,

    Please watch the video on our blog regarding the changes. You can decide if someone is a lead or contact and where they go. We don't put everyone in the leads list. Leads and contacts are distinct entities.

    If you want to import someone as a lead, just do that from the leads tab. If you want to import someone as a contact, just import from the contacts tab.

    Leads are for unqualified business relationships. Contacts are for existing relationships. You can easily move people from lead to contact, or contact to lead.

    Allow back dating of the actual close date

    It would be great to be able to allow the user to enter the actual close date, rather than have the system auto-enter it as the date the deal was "won".

    Have the Notes Report include the company name

    Have the Notes Report include the company name, not just the lead name

    The Notes Report already includes the company name. It is displayed if you enter the company for a contact or lead.

    Create a user community forum

    I think that this support tool is a step backwards, support via a community forum was far more helpful and creates a valuable knowledge base.
